This ensures you maximise your chances at each interview whilst allowing our clients to use their time interviewing properly qualified candidates whose interview approach mirrors their talent on the job.
GraingerWest candidates have free internet access in our offices - a function which allows you to email friends and family whilst keeping up to date in your search for employment.
GraingerWest Consultants receive an initial 1 month intensive training programme from the Managing Director before joining their team. This is then supported by weekly reviews with their line manager and formal ongoing weekly training across the Company - we are therefore well placed to advise you on all work related issues in London.
It is our policy to meet with our candidates and our clients face to face wherever possible. We are therefore better placed than most consultancies to match our candidates and clients both technically and culturally - ensuring you are placed into a role you desire long term.
