This covers Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory, Transaction Services, Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Advisory (including NOMADs and AIM advisers) as well as Corporate Finance Coverage teams. This expertise has been extended to cover Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Recovery and Forensics. As a result of our uniquely strong client relationships across accountancy practices and advisory businesses GraingerWest has maximised the current opportunities in these markets for our candidates.
Our Project and Energy Finance team operates with a global remit that covers the infrastructure, utilities, telecoms, natural resources, renewable energy and carbon sectors. We work on a variety of roles from Graduate to Partner level. Our main clients include investment banks, consultancies, project finance boutiques and research houses. We have recently completed a number of high profile searches for Heads of Research and other Senior Executives in the carbon field and work exclusively with numerous clients in London.
We also work within Private Equity and Principal Investment teams across the industry. Our clients include some of the largest PE firms in the world as well as a number of smaller firms with a more niche sector and geographical focus. We work on international mandates from Investment Executive / Analyst up to Partner.
