Description:	Credit Risk - VP/Director Level, City of London, £120,000 to £150,000 We have been retained exclusively to search for a VP/Director for a leading FS Institution in the City which has gone through double digit growth in the last 18 months. The expansion and the unparallelled new requirements of Basel II/Basel III has led to this exciting opportunity. The Candidate: You will be an expert in Credit Risk particularly being involved in Basel II compliance including in implementing Stress Testing/ICAAP, Economic Capital at Group Level reporting to the CRO/CFO and the Board. You will need to have managed teams of 3 to 8 people and looked at either/both he qualitative and quantitative aspects of ICAAP/Stress Testing. Your experience will be from a Financial Services institution (Tier 1 or 2), Consultancy or a Regulatory body such as the FSA. We have been involved in securing a number of appointments for this organisation working with the EMEA/Global Practice Leaders on a number of assignments including recruiting entire Credit Risk teams.
