Corporate Finance Analyst/Associate, City of London, £30,000 to £60,000 As an Analyst or Associate you will be actively involved in all aspects of the deal and in a client facing capacity immediately gaining an unrivalled exposure to the entire deal cycle. As such your skill set (which may yet to be developed fully) may cover financial analysis and financial modeling (LBO, DCF, Accretion/Dilution and Due Diligence) gained from either Banking, Accountancy or the Legal field.
