Credit risk Associate, London, £75,000 to £85,000 My client, a leading Tier 2 Investment Bank is successfully building a Credit Risk function as the complexity and liquidity status of he bank is crucial as it continues to go through double digit growth. You will have experience in either Credit or Market Risk with a demonstrable quantitative background to your work. Candidates with Credit Risk experience from a wholesale, retail and investment banking environment. The Head of Risk will also actively look at candidates from a consultancy background in his area (i.e Big 4, Oliver Wyman or Riskmetrics for example) as this role has huge variety and he is from consultancy background himself. This is therefore a great opportunity for a candidate from a consultancy to make their first move into IB. There is huge scope in this role to build the qualitative aspect of Credit Risk ie ICAAP/Stress Testing, Economic Capital and ILAA Liquidity as well autonomy o work with the Board and CEO for this firm.
