Restructuring and Debt Advisory - Associates and Vice President £ 45000 to £100000
Our client, a major investment banking Boutique, offering talented bankers an attractive work / life balance, is looking for German speaking Associates and Vice President who would work directly with the Directors and Managing Directors to join their successful Debt Advisory and Restructuring team in Frankfurt.
They have a strong, stable brand with a well-known leadership team where you will gain broad product and cross-sector exposure in a highly international environment working alongside high calibre senior investment bankers on the highest profile, mid-market transactions. You will gain exposure to a variety of sectors (including Industrials, Consumer & Retail, Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate).
My client has had significant successes in Debt Advisory and Restructuring situations through their extensive relationships with domestic and European mid-market firms and very active private equity clients with an appetite for deals.
The successful candidate will join the a team which has performed extremely well completing multiple headline making transactions and attracting outstanding talent to build on the prestigious deals they've been doing in the region.
The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of including some experience of either structured finance, leveraged finance, debt advisory, restructuring or distressed M&A, etc. coming from a Big 4 Accountancy firm, Consultancy practice, a Bulge Bracket investment bank or a good boutique investment bank where you will have gained solid live deal experience and have complete technical competencies (financial analysis and modeling: LBO, DCF, Comparables etc.) as well as significant client exposure.
This individual will be involved in developing and executing value-enhancing transactions; from assisting clients in making investment judgments and decisions, advising on valuation, assessment of senior management, tactical bidding, and competitor and industry trends.
Fluency in German is a must and a desire to learn, challenge yourself and develop your skills.
